Bloody hilarious! For nurses week, we were asked to no longer get a nice lunch at one of the local restaurants for the nurses because "it contributes to an environment of separation of class." So it was fruit baskets instead. The facility wasn't even footing the bill. (And still the water faucets in several of the med clinics only work sometimes.)

We got earth-friendly travel mugs. That were distributed in plastic bags. Oh, and a new e-mail every day from some muckity-muck in the higher part of the food chain telling us how fabulously fabulous we are.

I say, save the hot air, reduce spending, and OPEN MY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL ON TIME!

I love it!
